WEDDINGS
Chateau Saint-Hilaire is located in Coudoux, a few minutes from Aix en Provence.
It is in the middle of a 60-hectare vineyard that this large building dedicated to wine and events has been standing since 2016.
We offer you the privatisation of this exceptional place for your wedding.
The spaces described below will be arranged at your convenience according to your wishes and your program.
ROOM FOR FESTIVE EVENTS
Surface of 300m2, The room is equipped with three majestic chandeliers and provides plenty of occasions to organize dinners and other evening events.
5 large glass doors open onto a wide terrace and gives way to a beautiful view on the garden.
240 persons can sit down for dinner at round tables. Conference meetings can be organized for 270 persons and about 300 persons for cocktail parties.
The room is air conditioned and equipped with video projectors, scenic-lightings and sound devices for conference purpose.
This room has as well a beautiful view on our Barrique cellar, thus highlighted and enhanced.
COCKTAILS ROOM
Three large glass doors illuminate a magnificent French ceiling of 100m2.
This Cocktail room can welcome up to 45 members of your staff around a meeting table, or is fitted with seating for up to 80 persons at conferences.
This room is air conditioned and disposes sound and video equipment. This room is dedicated to small receptions ( up to 60 persons)
During weddings, this room is dedicated to keep children busy ( lunge – videos a.s.o.)
This room is as well a good solution while weather conditions change during the reception.
TERRACE AND GARDEN
Two rooms open onto a large terrace of 500m2, which itself overlooks a beautiful garden .
From this room our Vat cellar is visible through 3 large glass windows. The interior courtyard is surrounded by big walls and solid wooden doors.
Thus, few are the Privileged, to take advantage of this magical courtyard, which revolves around a majestic centuries-old oak tree.
CEREMONY ROOM
This special fitted-up room, between lavender and olive trees, is dedicated to the organization of your ceremonies.
It is as well a space for marvelous photo shots of beautiful sunsets. This passage cannot be ignored by the bride and the bridegroom, before going through the large iron gate and then give the signal for the kick-off of an unforgettable celebration.
Our offer includes:
– The privatisation of the event area of the Château Saint Hilaire from 17:00 until 04:00 the following day.
– 2 appointments on site for visits and preparation (excluding weekends, public holidays and during opening hours)
– The provision of space for preparation on the day from 09:00
– Furniture for the dinner and the cocktail party
– The presence of a coordinator for the entire duration of the event
– The presence of an agent (parking and security)
– The provision of video equipment and stage lighting (the presence of a lighting technician is recommended).

TO KNOW MORE
The wines of Château Saint Hilaire are exclusively served during the event (except for religious reasons).
A tasting will allow you to choose your Cuvées.
We grant you a 10% discount on our public rates and only the opened bottles will be charged.
45 days before your wedding, we will ask you to provide us with
- A certificate of insurance (civil liability coverage)
- A credit card impression of a deposit of 2 500 €. This will be returned to you within 10 days of the event, after the facilities have been checked and the related invoices paid.
Music is allowed outside until 21:30, under certain conditions:
- Ceremony at a moderate volume without subwoofer
- Musicians or DJ during the cocktail party, at a moderate volume, without subwoofer
- The dance floor is set up indoors
We are prepared to welcome the caterer of your choice, provided that he is professional. If the caterer is not one of our apprived partners, we will organise a meeting to sign a charter, to work out the logistics of the event and to pay a deposit for the use of our equipment.
